Since i am new to the game i don't know all the effect of A/S. I know rumors say it is impossible to over train on steroids. Is this true? And if you do lift more and heavier, do you compensate with a heavier diet.
I am taking 500mg of sust 250 a week and 30mg of dbal a day. i think i am going to do this for 10 weeks. Need advice on keeping the gains. Or what else could i throw in to keep more gains.
