I do not have a protein shake after cardio or training. I thought a protein shake would be too much or cause me to put on weight? Cardio at 5:30 and eat my first meal at 7:30. In the evenings, I usually eat about an 1 hour after training. I am not sure if my diet is correct and as mentioned...
Here is a summary~~
Cardio 30-45 minutes 5 days a week (walking / running on treadmill) around 5:30 in the morning.
My training is very intense - more so than most women.
Chest - Monday evening
Bi's / 30 minutes aerobics - Tuesday evening
Back - Wednesday
Tri's / Shoulders - Thursday
