I want to get down to about 5.5 for show, I think I will do a 3 week cycle and see what the results look like.

I am a female 5'5" 112 bs at 7.8% bf getting ready for a show. Diet is perfect exercise 2x per day cardio in am and lifting in the pm. I bought Clen and T3, I am trying to figure out the dosages so I can get started, any help would be greatly apprecieated!
