Clen is some pretty serious stuff. I wouldnt take anything thermogenic with it. Try it by itself first and see how you feel. T3 will help but it burns all sources of energy while clen helps preserve your muscle on a calorie restricted diet

I have been training pretty hard my routine looks something like this:
Day 1: Chest & Abs
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Shoulders & Abs
Day 5: Arms
Day 6: Back
Day 7: Rest
I've been doing that about 4 months.
I do about 4 sets 8-10 reps of 4-5 exercises
