Body fat will definetly be down before cycle is started. I'm back to doin cardio everyday and my diet is where it should be. I was adding the var to cycle because I have read and heard good things about it. Would taking the var week4-10 at 50mg be better?

Was hoping the var would kick start my cycle right away. I was considering starting the var at mid cycle. Trying to figure out what the best would be with what I have. I have the nolv just in case of gyno.
