Sust is a good place to start on a first cycle but i would go 30mg dbol for 4weeks and get some liv52 and milkthisle because dbol is a liver killer and maybe add some deca by week 4 and nolva should be fine unless you feel bad sides i.e sore nibbles etc

you need to sort out your diet do some seriose cardio and maybe get some ephadrine to help with fat loss but steroids are not the answer for fat teens

start them from day one and take through out the cycle i wont effect the effect of the gear very much
