A cheap multi-vitamin from WalMart is fine. There is little reasoning to skimp on vitamins since they are so cheap to manufacture; the majority of the costs of the high priced vitamins are due to marketing costs.

I would be worried about "hotspots" in such a product, since mixing of two or more ingredients does not always produce a completely uniform concentration.
