I honestly think that you are going to be severly dissapointed if you think you are going to get 10# in 4-5 wks from t-bol only. Sack up and run some test. Do 500mg/wk for 10 wks. Thats a winter bulker for a beginner. If you feel like jumpstarting it with some T-bol thats cool. But I wouldnt...
