I'm not on a diet. I work out 3-4 days a week. but just have no definition. I was thinking i should get into a program. Dieting, Lifting, and the winstrol all at the same time and really kick everything into effect. but im clueless about the winstrol.
Im a begginer at this. I'm 5'8 170lbs. I have enough mass but no definition or muscle. I've been told winstrol is the way for me to go. So i can get cut with out gaining mass and retaing water. I'm not sure what kind i should get(tabs or injection) ? how should i start ? what kind of dosage...
