I appreciate the info. I was starting to get alittle worried as I wasn't seeing the scale move down it was edging up. Other than increasing the protein to 200+ grams what do you recommend for fats and carbs.
Here is my stats 5'5 200 lbs 20% bf.
Diet avg day as I was trying to cut down
1800 cal
180 g protein
170 g carbs
44 g fat
Spread between 6 meals.
Lift 4 x'a week.
Since the doc says my level are normal and I disagree (symptoms:tired all the time, low sex drive, not sleeping good at night)...
