15% body fat is an ultimate goal. i know that I could do this through diet and cardio alone, but i do not want an endurance athletes body. i am built like a refrigerator. smooth bulk sounds nice. i plan on adding bag training and cycling for cardio two or three days a week.
it was my plan to go for 30, but my wife is now ready for children. I am currently in wk 3 and just bumped the dose up. 30 wks sounded sweet. I guess the short cycle at 500 is the way to go, I just don't like the bloat.
