I take 11.5g's of EPA and DHA each day. I know that's very high, but what I want to know is, would it be unwise to add Resveratrol to this? They both have significant blood thinning properties. Can I take both safely? I take nothing else that thins the blood e.g. Asprin.
Krill is full of EPA and DHA that I remember, and I'm getting more than enough of those already. I'm a rare one in that I don't get enough of the Omega 6 that EPO gives.

I'd stick with a supermarkets own brand. There's nothing special about them, but if you look you can easily find one with the range of vits and minerals.
