It depends on what your goals are - I've had decent results, but I was mainly going for strength/endurance gains, not size.

That's for sure...and you can't always say that about on-line forums. The Mods at Elite, for the most part, are an extremely helpful bunch.

I don't know if I'd go so far as to say I would never go somewhere else (gotta have a broad spectrum of sources for knowledge), but big ups to elite fo' sho'! :fro:

that's why taste is such a difficult measurement for anything - it is very subjective. I must admit, however, that it has been a couple years since I've tried Kaizen's stuff...they didn't even have Strawberry Banana last time I bought it. :) -asner
