Mate the clen your taking about isn't pure it has 16mcg to every gram of powder, if you read the lable is actually says .016mg / 1g. So 5 grams of powder = 80mcg of clen. Get yourself some point scales, and you'll be able to work out exactly how much your taking, but make sure you read the lable. :)
