    "quick fix" cutting diet or beach diet

    i apologize for resurrecting such an old thread, but i was curious. does this diet lower the metabolism due to the low calories or the lack of carbs? if i follow a similar plan but up the calories, will i be able to avoid the rebound weight gain? thanks!
