Geoff I am 5'8, 180, 23, and as far as activeness, I workout 4 days a week and I would rate myself as 8 out of 10 on a scale. I would estimate my BF% @ 15-16.......

I am a true endomorph. It seems all the weight I put on goes straight to my mid section. What would be a recommended eating plan to gradually grow while not gaining fat? I am willing to follow any diet, I do my cardio and train well, but I need some help on what to eat, carb/fat/protein ratio...
