I've got 15 amps of winny S048 and when I separate them some of the gel like substance sticks to the sides is that mean it is fake? the majority goes to the bottom.

I've got some S048 Winny from Greece and when I separate it some of the white gel-like substance sticks to the sides of the amp, as well as desending to the bottom. Is it normal for some of it to stick like that? Also, what is the best way to get them open? I am a novice. Thanks for the help.
