I'm new here and looking for some help.
First a little about my self:
Hight: 186 cm
Wight: 91 kg
Bf: have not checked it in a wile. Raundbout 18%-19%
I have ben working out for 3 yers with strict diet and was at 9% bf.
Something happend and i had to work really mutch the last year...
