thanks all for the feedback, i really appreciate it.. its reassuring to know at least im on a good start, but I think i'm gonna try and tweak it a bit untill i feel whats right for me.. Im gonna do some more research in the keto diet.. but i think for now im gonna try and add a bit more protein...
ok so... im kinda new and just trying to figure out the best way for me to get what i need.. here's my eating schedule as of now.
I usually try to eat every 2 to 3 hours to work out to at least 6 times a day...
1st = cup of raw oatmeal, few slices of strawberries, 2 egg whites
2nd = protein...
Now I know what the obvious answer is... it's better if i cut out the beer... but what I wanted to know is, if I still drink 4-5 beer say once a week on the weekend or something, is it gonna mess up my progress in the rest of the work im doing during the week?
