Question... For those of you with IUD,
Did you have to insert it while you have your period? My gyn. wants me to insert it when i have my period, but that's not for another month.
Just want to know if anyone had it inserted while not having your period...

I seem to be doing better. I feel great (muscles are nice and tight) and my BF% is steady or going down.

I was doing my stiff leg deadlifts and maybe I had the wrong form or went too far down... I felt this sharp pain in my lower left-side back and since I have not been able to bend down without supporting myself (or if not, lots of pain).

Thanks so much! That makes a lot of sense! Regarding the HIIT training, I am on the treadmill for a sprint of 20 sec, then 10 sec break/slow, for a total of 2 minutes of this. And at the end I am super-tired: 'Ready to die' type tired! ;-)

For a mattress, I recommend Tempur Pedic. Great stuff! Been using it for years and now if I sleep on a regular mattress, I have so much pain.. It aligs your back correctly, so it should help ;-) Can buy it at Brookstones.
