measure from top of plunger cone or base?
quick question... ....the rubber plungers on the needles i have are cone shaped and have a thick cylinder base. what spot on the plunger should i use as the measuring point? the tip of the cone? the base of the cylinder closes to the tip of the cone? or the base of the cylinder furthest away...- an angry fix
