best way to run tirzepatide for fat loss
looking for advice on using tirzepatide. I’m currently 260 lbs and I would like to lose around 30 or 40 lbs. What is a good dosage of tirzepatide ? Should I go with 1mg a week for 4 weeks then increase it? Or should I start with 2mgs and then go from there?- amskioel
