how do I know I have gyno ? my nipples have change but not that much they look a little bit puffy and they are little bit more sensitive that normal but do you really think surgery is the only alternative?, and if it is, is it a cosmetic thing or a health relater situation?

My nipples got puffy after i 22 injections of testtosterone 250mg, i heard there is a tablet i could take to make them come back to normal does anyone knows the name i fogot. thank
