dude im not living in america. summer is arriving in a month here
on what kind of diet can i loose 20 pounds and not"die" in a month let alone keeping muscle and im not sure if the army will let me stay on my home city for how long so i can keep on training at a gym and eat clean
during the 9 months ive been off my diet was like %50"oil" 40%bread+rice 10%chicken . we fed on oil and bread for breakfast then they would take us for 2 hours exercise sessions i lost more than imaginable and i hate my body now ive been under20% without juice or even cardio only on diet.i...

im satying away from tren and changing the cycle to test e to keep it simple and stupid as one of the guys sugested
i will gain it all back even if im on lower than maintenance calories?
