Just curious on everyone’s takes on when and how often to take SR9009.. What works best in your opinion or experience? Is there a correct dose to maximize results etc?

I hate cardio anything to be honest but I’m trying to push myself out of my comfort zone. Stair climber is what I normally do for cardio but I’d like to change it up. Thanks!

For me I do legs and glutes 3X a week, chest, shoulders and triceps 1X, back and biceps 1X, and abs thrown in there as well!
