    Interesting. Kettlebells sounds like a great solution because it doesn't involve a lot of equipment I could probably do some additional training at home. THe omega project looks great, imo. Very interested -going to read up on it. Thanks a ton!

    So can you give me some pointers? Of my time at the gym what % to cardio and what % to lifting? Should I focus on more reps or more weight or what? I have decent muscles and the beer gut isn't very large- but its more than I'd like it to be. I'd like to tirm it off but not lose what I've worked...

    So as a "seasoned beginner" would you say lose the beer belly before trying to bulk up? Or bulk up and then lose the beer belly or what... Eating a ton of calories to bulk up and doing cardio to burn calories/trim doesn't make sense.
