    Excluding powders, my absolute favorite is Organic, Grass-Fed beef. Pemmican bars, steaks and cooked ground beef. Very anabolic and healthy.

    Penta from PF for everyday needs, and Big Blast for post-workout. I actually got good energy spikes from the GNC PM Protein brand. It's a 60%/40% blend of Whey/Casein (fastest digesting/slowest). It's a nice substitute if you run low on the good stuff.
