    first time using sarms

    I'm a 200 pound guy who is 6 foot tall, built pretty good. I know you guys are busy so just a quick question on how to dose GW + RAD together. the GW usually people say 10-20mgs so that makes sense but RAD i have seen people say 2mg up to 40mg. not sure who to believe or just guess?
