    i know winny wont put on anymore mass, im relying on my diet to do that, im adding the winny and 2days/week cardio to make sure i dont gain any fat while my diet is intended to bulk. i can put on some good muscle, but i tend to get fat too, that's what im trying to counter.

    New cycle coming up, nice quick one: wk 1-4 dbol 30mg/d wk 1-6 prop 75mg/eod or should i do everday shots?? Not sure?? wk 1-6 fina 50mg/d I gotta bet to win guys, what you think of this cycle? want to gain about 15lbs of solid mass, and drop bf % down to 8%, im currently at 10% bf.
