Are you running deca only at 300a/w or are you stacking it with something? How long is your cycle? How much did you weigh before your cycle started? I'm asking this because I'm planning on doing deca at 300 also Thanx man

Why not do your cardio in the sauna? Put your excercise bike in the sauna and ride it. Should work great for losing fat:D :D :D :D
