i'm doing the taurine and potassium but no alcar. Is there a substitute for Alcar at the pharmacies?...it's just I don't trust the Thailand mail, most of my shit coming in always gets stolen if I order from AF. Isn't tapering off not neccessary because of Clen's long half life?
