    It's hard for me on my cut to not throw in a fat chew during my low intensity cardio. I will say that there is nothing better than relaxing after a workout with a dip in to really think about what you accomplished.     Truth is you can have anything from gummy bears to sour patch kids after your workout for fast carbs and sugars. I preferably just mix my protein with Gatorade. Insulin spike time!
