I'm 45, 5'8" 180lbs, been lifting on and off for over 20 years. Did one run of Test 15 years ago... no problems. One beast, too much kidney pain, had to stop. Booze is not in the mix.

If liver support is not needed, then I see no need to spend the cash and put more products into my body.
