I was hoping some bros could tell me why most suppliers ship international with USPS and not UPS? I would think getting a package here in the states would be safer with a private company like usps? Or is it just the sheer amount of parcels that USPS deals with that makes them the better choice...

What about ProForm's primo oil? Its listed at 200mg/ml. At least then you'd only need 3 cc/wk. I haven't tried it, just know they got it. Maybe some of the other bros who've used it can tell you if its any good.
