Thank you all for the advice :) Today (day 3) seems better with the thirst and I took 20mcg again, not feeling crazy sides yet, I know I have to up the dose but I'm nervous lol. Took some taurine and feel better so I guess I should go up to 30mcg tomorrow and see how it goes
