    the ala would help with the uptake of glucose into muscle cells. I would recomend taking whey isoltate with dextrose or malto dextrin. Then 1 to 1.5 hours later eat a "normal" bb meal

    Too many people believe that all the sugar in fruit = fructose. This just isnt true for some more then others i have to admit. But for example a banana's sugar is largely NOT fructose. Btw, that shake 3-4 whole eggs AND pb?

    ehm raw chicken has more water when cooked this evaporates. Thus cooked chicken (if compare the same weigth) has more protein. 5 ox of raw chicken does not equal 5 oz of cooked.

    also when adding extra fat to a meal i wouldnt use it in the cooking process this worsens the lipid profile of the fats. Butter's profile is bad to begin with. If you need extra fat (cals) add cold EFA's after cooking.

    iits simple if u want to lose weigth u need to take in less calories then u use. But this entails sub maximum performance so if you need to be at a maximum performance level i wouldnt try to lose weigth.

    i'm not going into detail but some recomendations for yah: -make a discision lose fat or gain weigth -train a LOT less -ditch the abs after every workout -dont make your last meal a shake (unless its caseinate which i doubt) -read some posts in this section and come up with an example diet...
