sorry, not sure what i was thinking when i typed 30, meant 75, 3 a day of the diesel. i don't really have enough Katana (only 2 bottles) to run it that high so how does this sound
1-4 diesel 75/75/75/100
1-6 katana 300/350/350/350/400/400
hmm.. why would you run the katana on the front end? my thoughts on running it after is hoping it would help lean me out after the bulk up of the diesel and possibly make pct easier since katana isnt as harsh
Been thinking about this for a while on how to run it..
4 weeks of 30mg diesel and 6 weeks katana 2 bottles so around 350mg
here's a few different ways ive been considering. which would you guys recommend or another variation
1-4 diesel
1-6 katana
or
1-4 diesel
2-8 katana
or
1-4 diesel...
im debating between katana or hella. i would like to cut some (about 10%bf now) but if katana doesnt help much for strength then i may go with hella or just bite the bullet and get diesel.
Ive done alot of research and have done a couple deca cycles a few years back and have started working out again for the past 8 months or so. i am thinking of running katana solo for 6 weeks, mostly for the strength. my question is what kind of strength gains have people had with running this...
