How do I go about using this product to get rid of my non-steroid induced gyno? Do I just apply 5 pumps to my chest? Should I rub it in or let it dry naturally?

On a good day I have a nice 6-pack. I'd gues my BF is around 13%. The only times my nipples/chest look normal is when I cut and loose a lot of weight (most of which is muscle) These pics were just taken. My gyno is usually worse but you can see the droopy, sideways nipples. It's not terrible...
