While you guys are on cycle, do you guys do any small/light exercises or workouts at home? or any other kind of things to help your body and muscles on the off days from the gym.

I guess everyone has there own opinions on what is legit and what is false. I follow through with the whole thing. I guess I think outside the box a little more than some people.

well because I just woke up with a cramping/pain down where the liver is so the first thing i thought was the dbol.
