    If your diet is consisting of 30% or higher of carbs, then refeed days aren't going to be necessary. I think they can be more counter productive since you'll be adding more calories over your maintenance level. Some people say to do it to "trick" your metabolism, but I'm not too sure about...

    220g of protein enough? Depends on what the rest of the diet break down looks like. How much fat and carbs? If doing a 40/30/30, 33/33/33/, or anything above that with protein, I doubt you're getting enough calories to bulk.

    Without carbs, no. Somebody new to weightlifting would be able to, but anybody that has been lifting for a while will not. Some people will say their strength went up while doing one of these type diets, but there is a difference in gaining strength and gaining size.

    I find I work best on low carb diets, but then that creates a whole other problem, if I stay on it too long, my free test levels plummet to neutered man status.

    Dieting and Lower Sex Drive

    Is it normal to have lower sex drives when dieting? I've noticed when I was a fat ass, I had a really high sex drive. Now that I constantly stay around 10% give or take a little all year around, I've notice my sex drive continues to drop. Anybody else have this problem?

    Those damn cravings...

    For the sweet cravings, what you could use is some sugar free jello with a little bit of cool whip on top. For chocolate, try the protein bars as VDL suggested or sugar free chocolate pudding.
