Well being the new guy mean asking some questions. What are you having for breakfast? What should I stay away from? I am trying to start a diet, so i guess breakfast is a good start. I curently do not go to the gym but would like to lose a couple of pounds.:)

I say yes to headbands, I like the NBA ones personally, i use mine when i play basketball, it orks wonders. If not just get a wristband, just wipe your forehead withit.
