Unless you're planning on competing or doing something like that, I don't see any purpose of going heavy on gear. Maybe a little TBOL or maybe a little Anavar. That's really all you need as a female.

Retatrutide is the absolute GOAT. I would say a dosage from 1mg/week up to 6mg/week maximum would be what I recommend. It just depends on how much you can tolerate side effects.
