Been lifting consistently for 4+ years
Bench/Squat/DL - 315/435/495
I recently acquired some 300mg/ml Test E along with a bottle of Nolva
I'm looking at doing something like this
Week 1- 300mg
Week 2- 450mg
Week 3- 600mg
Continue at 600mg for 5-6...
