and also right b4 bed w/an oil of your choice (fish, flax, etc)........it would make sense that the fats would slow the absorption of the whey so you stay positive whilst sleeping.........atleast, that's what i do.

although not considered gear by most on this site, 1ad (or 1 test) is pretty strong and shuts you down. not as strong as fina of course, but it will shut you down. 1 test, although not technically AAS, would fall into the same class (I) as fina. IMO you don't want to take both at the same...
