shortly after i drank the malto/dex/whey after workouts, it would make me a little light headed, then about a half hour later, i would start to feel really tired.. also i'd have an insane apetite about 1 hr afterwards. the oats dont do that to me

did the PWO malto/dex/whey for a while, then switched to whey/oatmeal and found it to work much better for me. muscles feel full and hard. overall body feeling improved. no crash like i used to get with the malto/dex. i dont reccomend blending the dry protein though, adds a gritty/grainy...
