I want to get a bit cut, and maintain a lean physique without losing too much weight. Unfortunately, I will have to undergo a surgery, which will not allow me to train for 1 or 2 months. So...is it ok to just lower the calories and eat clean, or I need to take something to keep my muscle mass?
