I was Charlie for about a year after my divorce -- and I mean exactly Charlie.

- living off passive income
- lake (not beach) house
- sports car
- parties
- not big on calling afterward
- alcohol (but in all fairness, I was a social drinker -- I didn't just drink alone).

Just before I met my GF (virtually a wife), my running buddy and I tried to see how long we could go full-steam. We went out 16 nights in a row. And by going out I mean closing-down bars, randoms, missing hours of evenings at a time, waking-up in strange places, etc. etc. It was fun, but it was really hard living too.

LOL @ everyone how just a few key characters can by comparison or contrast, uh, help me to get to know you better. Yeah, not enough variety of characters, but I love each of them dearly. The newest shows have that big blaque actor from The Green Mile as his neighbor and the goofy tall husband of the exwife of the moocher bro. Jenny McCarthy is Charlie's gf too. Her best work since her boob popping in "Dirty Love"- gag awful movie.

I looked up imdb and apparently Judd Nelson made a couple cameos. Ah, the old Brat Pack... I miss them. Breakfast Club- I would be "the Basket Case".
