I still believe any civilised society should have a minimum socialised healthcare system for its citizens though such as the British NHS which was working perfectly fine for decades post-war until an influx of hundreds of thousands of immigrants stressed it to breaking point & peoples' lifestyle choices also drastically took up resources, such as treating the explosion in cases of heart disease, hypercholesterolemia, high blood pressure, alcoholism, type 2 diabetes etc, or stateside the increased number of people acquiring AIDS from lifestyle choices.
Someone with cancer, a disabling injury, burn, viral / bacterial infection etc has the right to treatment without having to re-mortgage their home.
