Yeah being forced to sit at home injured isn't fun. Neither of us compete but we try to live a clean healthy lifestyle and maintain our food control as best as possible. We each workout about 5-6 days a week.
The cortisone shot I got last year (November?) is wearing off and I definitely can't push through that. I tried that last year and it got so bad I couldn't lift my coffee cup with my right hand.
Hopefully this helps put me back in the game and then she and I can go right into the triple stack

they don't heal your injury, they simply mask the pain. when you body inflames a joint its healing it, when you interfere with that you can cause permanent and chronic damage. not good.

Yeah sometimes a lesson is learned by personal experience. My doctor referred me to an Ortho who did the shot. I had read mixed reviews on them but the Ortho assured me they were safe and reliable. Now I know better.
cortisone shots really are there to get you through something very quickly for the time being but in reality they only make the problem worse because when they wear off you are worse off than when you actually got the shot... mk-2866 will provide lasting healing benefits... it truly does work and you will see that as your cycle moves forward... i know it will work well for you...

too many cortisone shots weaken your tendons as well!

Day 4 and nothing noticeable which I've heard is normal this early on
However, both of our appetites have gone to shit this week. Usually my lunch break is about 9:30am and I'm starving for my 8oz chicken and 7oz sweet potato but this week I can't finish it. Not sure if it's at all related to the Osta but Alejandra asked me about it because her appetite is down also.
Oh and for some reason I am craving the taste of this stuff haha. I actually look forward to my AM dose.

osta generally does not have any effect on appetite so i would attribute that to something else... about the two week mark is when osta begins to truly shine... it's building up now so you will start to see some big benefits very soon... since the potency of sarms1 is much higher, most generally notice the benefits earlier...
