Suggestions: Blender shakes in thermos for lunch at work

Hey bros I wanna lean out/ be healthier and avoid fast food so im gonna start blending shakes in the morning to bring to work in a big thermos for lunch and to sip on throughout the day.

I used to do this with met-rx mixed with sunny delight and ice. I need suggestions on what meal replacement or protein powder to use. I also wanna throw in some fruit, fiber, beneficial fats, etc...to have a healthy high protien meal to drink throughout the day. Any suggestions on recipes or tips on how to keep it fresh is much appreciated!
 
oatmeal ,chocolate whey, milk, all natural peanut butter, banana, blend, drink
 
That is what I do

Blend Whey Protein + Skim Milk + Low calories sweetener

add Lite-Bix Biscuits (2 biscuits=20 grams carbs 0.5 gm sugar 3 gm fat 7 gm protein+ fiber)

and it tastes great,u can add Nat. Peanut butter if u want.
 
This is a good one:

1-2 containers of Sugar/Carb control yougurt
1-bananna
1/2 cup of strawberrys
1/2 cup of blueberrys
Scoop of protein
scoop of Fiber-Sure (approx. 5g of sol. fiber per. tablespoon)
8-12 ounces of liquid (I used to use apple juice but because of the amount of sugar, I switched to using light minute maid orange drink-O sugars, carbs and cals. If I am out of that I will use some crystal light)
Blend it all together and enjoy!
